IBPS RRB Syllabus & Latest Exam Pattern in Hindi and English
The IBPS is a recruitment authority of Government of India which hires eligible candidates for jobs in Banking Sector. The examination syllabus of IBPS RRB Exam is set by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. As we all know, there are two exams to clear IBPS Regional Rural Bank exam, i,e., Prelims and Mains Exam. So here we are sharing syllabus for both the exams. Also, we are providing the IBPS RRB Exam Pattern to understand the subject topic, time duration, total number of the questions in examination and weightage of the specific subject.
IBPS Prelims will have the objective type of questions for 80 marks exam. The total time for the exam is 45 Minutes. Prelims will include a total of 2 subjects namely quantitative aptitude & Reasoning. Furthermore, the Mains Exam of IBPS RRB will include total weightage of the exam will be 200 marks and total 200 questions will be asked in the paper. The time duration of the exam will be 2 hours (for mains) and 45 min (for prelims). Mains exam is based on subjects namely Numerical Ability, English/ Hindi, Reasoning, computer knowledge & General Awareness.

Negative Marking: For each wrong answer, ¼ marks or 0.25 marks will be deducted.
Important Note
- For the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – marks obtained only in the main examination will be considered for final merit listing.
- For The Post Of Officers Scale, I – Marks Obtained Only In The Main Examination will be considered for shortlisting for an interview and final merit listing. FOR the post of officers scale II (Generalist and Specialist) And Scale III – marks obtained in the single level examination will be considered for shortlisting for an interview and final merit listing.
