SSC JE Mechanical Syllabus and Exam Pattern in Hindi and English
Staff Selection Commission is going to organize an exam for the post of Junior Engineer (JE) Mechanical soon. Now, Candidates are searching for study material for exam preparation. Here we have discussed all the essential aspects that will help you to gain good marks in the examination. Also, Candidates can check the exam pattern to understand the total subject, the total question in the exam, time duration, and weightage of a specific topic.
The examination is divided into two tiers: the paper I &II. Paper 1 is divided into three sections namely, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness and General Engineering (Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Electrical ). The maximum marks of paper-I are 200. There is 1/4 (0.25) negative marking for each wrong answer in paper I. The mode of examination of Paper I is online. Paper-II is a conventional type of paper which is to be held in offline mode. It comprises of General Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Structural). The paper II is of 300 marks.
