RRB ALP CBT 1
Railway Recruitment Board conducts RRB ALP exam every year to recruit the candidates for Assistant Loco Pilots. Contenders need to hold Degree, Diploma and ITI eligibility for ALP post.
The selection process for ALP is based on
- 1st stage Computer Based Test (CBT),
- 2nd stage Computer Based Test,
- Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) and
- Document Verification.
RRB ALP CBT 1 Comprises of multiple choice objective type questions. CBT 1 divided into 4 sections
- Mathematics,
- General Intelligence & Reasoning,
- General Science and
- General Awareness on Current Affairs.
The CBT 1 will be consists of 75 questions and total marks are 75. The time duration of the exam will be 01 hours.
Minimum percentage of marks for General category is 40%, OBC 30%, SC-30% and for ST category 25%.
Negative mark will be applicable. For each wrong answer, 1/3 marks will be deducted.
In CBAT Candidates require a minimum score of 42 marks in each of the test batteries to qualify. There will be no negative marking in CBAT.
The ALP merit list will be made based on 70% weightage for the marks obtained in Part A of Second Stage CBT and 30% weightage for the marks obtained in Computer Based Aptitude Test.
