NVS LDC

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti announces the recruitment notification for Lower Division Clerk (LDC) posts. Contenders who have passed their senior secondary with 50% marks can attend this exam.

The selection process is based on

• Computer Based Test (CBT) and
• Skill Test.

The CBT comprise of

• Hindi - 10 questions
• English Language - 10 questions  
• Mental Ability/ Reasoning,
• General Awareness & Current Affairs,
• Arithmetical Ability and
• Computer Knowledge.

The question paper will be comprised of 100 questions and each question carry 01 mark. That means the total marks are 100. The total time duration will 150 minutes. The test paper will bilingual in Hindi & English. There will no negative marking for wrong answer.

The shortlisted contenders against CBT will be called for skill test. The skill test is only qualifying in nature and carries no weightage before considering them finally. In case any candidate fails to qualify the skill test then he/ she will be rejected.

For LDC post contenders must have knowledge of computer operation and data entry. Contenders must possessing minimum speed of 30 words per minutes in English typing or 25 words per minutes in Hindi typing.
