National Health Mission Madhya Pradesh has recently uploaded the admit card for the post of Community Health Officer. The contenders who have applied online can download their MP NHM CHO Admit Card 2019 here. NHM MP Community Health Officer examination will conduct on 10 December 2019. NHM MP CHO Exam Answer Key will be uploaded on 13 December 2019. Candidates will be able to submit the objections on or before 15 December 2019. The recruitment notification has been released by the National Health Mission for 6 Months Certificate Course in Community Health Examination 2020-21 for the recruitment to the post of Community Health Officer.
How to Download MP NHM CHO Admit Card 2019
First of all, go to the official website of NHM MP.
Go to the 'Service' Tab.
Click on 'Duplicate Receipt Application/Admit card'
Go to Counseling Activities and Click on 'NHM certificate course 2020 - 21 - Examination admit card'
Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth and Login
Download your admit card and take a print out of it.
