National Health Mission Haryana has released Admit Card for the post of Mid Level Health Providers cum Community Health Officers. All the candidates who have applied for this recruitment can download their Haryana NHM CHO Admit Card 2019 here. The written test will be held on 19 and 20 September 2019. The online application process was started from 29 July 2019 and continue till 15 August 2019. A total of 328 vacancies had been released by Haryana NHM officials. The selected candidates are required to complete the 06 months residential certificate course in community health. The final selection will be done on the basis of marks received by candidates in the written test.

First of all, go to the official website.
On the landing page click on Careers link available on the top of the page.
After clicking that link login page will open.
Enter your Enrollment Number and Date of Birth details.
Your admit card will appear on the screen.
Download it and take a print out of it.
