Bihar State Housing Board represents a statutory authority constituted by the Government of Bihar regulated by the Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982 and operates under the Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Bihar. BSHB is mandated with the development of various housing schemes & related infrastructural facilities in the State. The objective of the board is to ensure the provision of quality housing accommodation at an affordable price for all sections of the society.
